Production Assembler

Position Summary

As our Electronic Equipment Assembler, you'll dive hands-on into the world of EMI Filters, playing a pivotal role in assembling, testing, and inspecting our high-quality products. What You'll Do

• Use your adept skills to align, solder, and join parts with precision, employing both soldering irons and a variety of hand/power tools.


• Effortlessly read work instructions, mechanical drawings, and schematics, transforming them into high-quality products.


• Uphold our high production standards through meticulous testing and inspections, ensuring every product meets our exacting criteria.


• Navigate projects from start to finish with the autonomy to make decisions, backed by a team ready to support you.


• Master the intricacies of traceability, guaranteeing the integrity and compliance of every component and filter.

Qualifications:

• You've earned your H.S. diploma/GED or come with equivalent experience.


• Reading basic schematics and mechanical drawings


• Soldering experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

• IPC certification will make you stand out.


• Your communication skills are top-notch.


• You're familiar with the hustle of an electronics manufacturing environment and can handle tasks with modest supervision.


• Experience with electrical test equipment

The budgeted salary range for this role is $16 - $20/hour.
