Job Description - Production Assembler

We’re searching for a Production Assembler to join our dynamic Production team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Assembler, you will be at the core of our manufacturing operations, assembling advanced electro-mechanical components that power public transit systems around the world. You’ll:

  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials.
  • Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
  • Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering (through-hole and surface mount).
  • Skilled in using hand tools such as air drivers and torque drivers.
  • Strong understanding of schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
