• Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus and highly valued.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• 90-day temp-to-hire position
• Comfortable working with both hand and power tools.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude to excel in the role.
• Proficient with computer skills to enhance productivity.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for quality workmanship.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job the individual may have to lift 40 pounds unassisted.
• Depending on the task, the individual will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
