Evertz USA, Inc. is seeking a few Production Assembly/Test Technicians whose primary duties will include providing support in Assembly and Test departments including pre-commissioning of server customer related products in accordance with company standards. This position is full time – 5/8 schedule - In Person Only
Located at our Quintech Electronics and Evertz USA headquarters location in Indiana, PA!
Additional Duties:- Technicians will be required to customize server hardware by assembling hardware, loading and configuring software, testing, and validating Microsoft Windows based servers.
- Server based assembly, configuration, software installation, testing validation.
- Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting server related products using automated test equipment as part of the pre-commissioning.
- Perform product testing using test programs/ scripts based on test automation server racks to validate full module functionality.
- Perform other related duties as requested, directed or assigned. May work in other areas within the manufacturing department as needed.
Candidate Requirements:- Prior computer networking, personal computer hardware and troubleshooting experience or education required.
- Ability to read technical documents, wiring diagrams, schematics with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must be able to work productively with minimal supervision. Must occasionally work extended hours, including weekends.
- Work requires great attention to detail with a focus on networking configurations of hardware, feature sets and licenses, quality and time management.
