Production Assistant

Production Assistant – Full-Time

Are you passionate about using technology and creativity to help create meaningful worship experiences? Sage Hills Church is looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join our team!

This hands-on role works alongside our Production Director and Encounter Team to help bring services and events to life through sound, lighting, visuals, and production technology. You’ll help support Sunday services and special events, maintain production equipment across our campus, and recruit, schedule, and train an incredible team of production volunteers.

We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about ministry. If you enjoy technology, working behind the scenes, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team that strives for excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
