Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Production Assistant to support daily production activities, materials preparation, and team operations. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment while gaining practical experience in production and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and operational activities.
• Help organize materials and work areas.
• Assist team members with assembling, preparing, or handling products as needed.
• Check materials and products for visible issues or discrepancies.
• Move and organize supplies throughout designated work areas.
• Follow established workplace and safety procedures.
• Communicate shortages, damaged materials, or other concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed products when needed.
• Support team members with general production tasks.
• Help ensure daily production activities are completed efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable and dependable work habits.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
