Our job is to make sure that it never changes.   The Production Assistant plays a key role in supporting day to day gutter operations and assisting other exterior trades as needed. This position helps coordinate materials, support field crews, maintain project documentation, and ensure a smooth workflow from job start to completion. The role is essential for keeping projects organized, efficient, and aligned with company quality and safety standards. 

Role Description and Expectations  

Project Coordination 

• Support the production Team with scheduling gutter crews, subcontractors, and other trade partners. 


• Assist across departments when additional hands are needed. 


• Prepare job packets, permits, and project documentation for gutter and exterior projects. 


• Communicate daily with crews to confirm job readiness, timelines, and material needs. 


• Provide coverage for team members during scheduled time off. 

Materials & Logistics 

• Order, track, and organize gutter materials, accessories, and supplies for upcoming jobs. 


• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct quantities. 


• Assist with staging materials for other trades when required. 

Field Support 

• Work with field support staff to verify job progress, take photos, and ensure work aligns with project specifications. 


• Assist with quality control checks, safety compliance, and site readiness. 


• Support gutter crews and other trades with basic onsite tasks when needed. 

Administrative Duties 

• Update project management systems with notes, photos, and status updates. 


• Assist with customer communication regarding scheduling, project updates, and followups. 


• Help prepare final job documentation and closeout materials. 

Qualifications 

• Experience in gutters, roofing, construction, or related trades preferred. 


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 


• Excellent communication skills with both field crews and customers. 


• Comfortable using project management software, spreadsheets, and mobile apps. 


• Detail oriented and proactive 


• Reliable and able to thrive in a fast paced environment 


• Handson problem solver 


• Team oriented with a strong work ethic
