Job Profile :
We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate 1 for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!
Responsibilities
- Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed
- Operate machines, tools and equipment as needed in the production process
- Assemble products according to specifications and that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead or Supervisor
- Perform quality checks on output completed
- Package finished goods for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to work in a variety of roles both independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to safety guidelines
- Work efficiently
- Meet company production standards with limited supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand and follow directions
- Previous production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Good hand/eye dexterity
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation
