Job Summary:

As a Production Associate, you will spend your time:

• Preparing products for shipping, including packing, labeling, and other activities related to getting our delicious seafood to our customers.
• Maintaining a clean working environment and adhering to all applicable Food and Workplace Safety regulations.
• Actively monitoring products for issues/errors and escalating as necessary.
• Communicating needs and issues between departments.
• Pitching in to help where needed across the plant so that everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic and initiative.
• Intermediate English speaking and reading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with frequent changes and interruptions.
• Able to stand for 7-8 hours and lift 25 pounds multiple times per day.
• With appropriate clothing you are comfortable working in a colder environment. Due to the nature of seafood production the average temperature in our plant is 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is wet during the sanitation process.
