Job Description:

Production Associate is responsible for maintaining the temperatures of finished product and ensuring safe food handling standards are met. They are in charge of pulling and stirring tanks within chill tank system. They work with Chill Tank Lead to ensure finished goods are complying with HACCP procedures and food safety guidelines. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Chill Tank Lead to maintain a steady product stream of finished goods throughout the entire cool down process to the packaging department.
• Understanding product mix for capacity planning of the chill system.
• Ensure the product quality by maintaining and following cool down temperatures, CCP protocols.
• Communicate quickly and effectively with Chill Tank Supervisor to ensure the steady flow of incoming and outgoing of finished goods from the Chill Tank Room.
• Keep up with the demanding flow of finished goods by working with tank associates to get finished goods from chill tanks to appropriate coolers.
• Work alongside tank associates to maintain temperature cool down process on finished goods.
• Other duties as assigned.
