Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic Production Team. This role performs a variety of operations but is not limited to all facets of the production of our products to ensure the product is ultimately shipped to the customer in accordance with ISO regulations, company and customer standards. This role is perfect for someone who is project oriented, enjoys working in a collaborative team setting and takes great pride in their work. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is full-time and on site in our Baldwin, NY location.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Inspection – collect necessary parts from warehouse, account for inventory, inspect product for quality standards and ensure expiration date and lot numbers are accurate.  

• Product Labeling – print labels, label product and maintain label traveler. Follow steps for heat seal process of product for shipment.  

• Identify assembly problems and report any defects or issues with equipment or material to leadership. 

• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area, often in a cleanroom environment.  

• Shipping Dept – support in wrapping pallets and prepare product for shipment as needed.  

Requirements: 

• HS Diploma or equivalent. 

• 0–2 years of experience in production floor or assembly floor environment.  

• Computer Skills: working knowledge MS Office & BOX preferred 

• Manual dexterity - able to use tools and equipment such as simple machinery, hand tools and measurement devices.  

• Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.  

• Ability to read and follow instructions with minimal supervision.  

• Strong attention to detail. Able to easily adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

• Successfully able to work both independently and in team settings. 

• The ability to lift up to 30-40lbs is required. 

• Salary range - $16.50/hour  

• Schedule Monday – Friday 8a – 5p
