7am-3:30pm must be open to working OT and weekends

Job Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for maintaining and operation of the stations & bindery equipment to company standards. Basic knowledge of printing machinery, cutting, folding, UV coating, sorting and binding machines is desired, but not required. We offer Medical, FSA, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Punctual and dependable.


•  Able to work quickly and able to meet strict deadlines.


• Detail-oriented, able to read and interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address proactively.


• Able to evaluate projects and provide input on productivity and quality improvements.


• Organized and experienced in managing multiple priorities 


• Able to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed (day, swing & 3rd shifts, overtime)


• Open to helping other departments like sorting, coating cutting etc.

Qualifications

• Basic computer, verbal and written communication skills


• Working in a manufacturing (warehouse) environment


• Ability to lift 65lbs.


• Working with heavy machinery like Bindery & Finishing Equipment


• Able to stand or/and walk for 70-90% of shift.
