Production Associate

R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. We are hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support the jewelry production team to clean, engrave and transport finished jewelry pieces. The seasonal associate will be expected to work with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Support the factory by cleaning finished jewelry pieces according to factory instructions and specifications.

• Transport finished jewelry pieces to and from departments including QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs.

• Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed.

• Engrave finished jewelry using the laser engraver for necessary engravings

• Strong attention to detail and careful handling of finished items

• Comfort using computers and technology • Works with a sense of urgency

• Excellent at following directions

• Comfortable standing and walking across the factory floor

Please note – this position is expected to work according to the factory’s seasonal schedule which includes several weekends in November and December.

Hourly base pay: $18.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
