Production Associate

Underground Printing (UGP’s) Mission Statement is to help bring customer communities to life through custom branded apparel & merchandise.

We produce all of our printed apparel in our production facility in Michigan & with 172,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 250+ employees. We consistently rank in the top 10 largest screen printers by volume in the U.S. and are one of the fastest growing online clothing retailers.

We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.

We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, entry-level Production Operators and Associates at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse. 

This is an entry-level position in our Ypsilanti facility with room for advancement!  This position starts at $16 an hour with the opportunity for a rate review twice per year.  First shift is Monday through Friday 7a to 3p, and second shift is Monday through Friday 3p-11p. 

10 days of PTO and 7 paid holidays are given to all full-time Team Members, with the opportunity to earn raises and promotions.
