Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $28 - $30 per hour

Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Associate to join our rapidly growing team. As a crucial member of our production line, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with skilled professionals and be an integral part of the manufacturing process. 

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery


• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards


• Assist in the packing and labeling of products for shipment


• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred


• Ability to operate machinery and follow instructions


• Strong attention to detail and quality control


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
