Production Associate

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures
• Perform general production tasks including assembling, processing, packaging, and labeling food products
• Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Adhere to company policies, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety guidelines such as HACCP
• Assist with product changeovers and equipment setup/breakdown
• Accurately complete production documentation and reports
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
