JOB SUMMARY

Production including bagging, cutting, pasting, assembly, etc. as required filling customer orders.  Associate may be assigned to special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Package and process product for accurate, timely and damage-free arrival
• Operate pallet jack, bagging machines and saws
• Complete paperwork for shipments and production items
• Accurate operation of labor track via scan system
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Adhere to company policies       

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

• Perform duties as assigned by Production Lead, Supervisor or Area Coordinator

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Rates and work ethic
• Accuracy of orders completed
• Production Department and personal organization/cleanliness/safety
• Attendance and punctuality record
• Number of production units completed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

• None

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Regular attendance is expected and required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Relevant experience is preferred

SKILLS (Language, Mathematical, Reasoning, Other)

• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Basic math and writing skills
• Neat, clean and organized about self and company materials
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stay focused on tasks
• Lifting due to order packaging (up to 50lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while performing packaging, bagging, or cutting
• High energy level to complete daily work orders per deadlines/schedule. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
