Job Description - Production Associate - 1st Shift

Production & Warehouse Associate (Print & Finishing)

Location: Maple Plain, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

We are seeking a Production & Warehouse Associate to support our print-on-demand and fulfillment operations. This is an entry-level role with a wide variety of responsibilities across printing, finishing, packaging, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities
Printing & Production

Retrieve and prepare digital files for printing
Queue, batch, and monitor print jobs across large-format printers
Load and manage print media and ink to ensure consistent output quality

Finishing & Assembly

Trim, laminate, and mount printed materials
Assist with framing, canvas wrapping, and installation of hanging hardware
Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications

Packaging & Fulfillment

Roll, sleeve, and tube maps and prints for shipment
Prepare and package orders (individual and bulk) to ensure safe delivery
Attach packing slips and supporting documentation as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Comfortable using a computer to retrieve and manage files
Willingness to learn and operate production equipment (training provided)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
