Production Associate - 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

 We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in producing high-quality hose products used by firefighters, agricultural operations, and other industries that depend on reliable water delivery systems every day.

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspect and finish fire hose products according to quality standards.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment as needed.
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass and Drug and Background check.
