Production Associate / Warehouse Assembler

We are looking for a full-time production associate for our client in Elkwood, VA. The position is Monday- Thursday from 7 am- 5:30 pm and pays $17 an hour.

Production Assistant / Warehouse Assembler:

Associate will be trained onsite.

Use hand tools

Welding skills are a plus but not required.

Cut and glue PVC pipe.

Assemble filtration units consisting of PVC pipe, PVC components, filters & valves).

Assemble various water and waste components with instruction.

Neatly add labels to finished products

Accurately complete Work Order paperwork daily (start/stop times, signatures, etc.)

Will be trained to test final products (QC).

Neatly pack and box finished product.

Keep and maintain clean and organized work station.

Assist with annual inventory.

Handle additional tasks as needed and trained.

Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to occasionally lift up to and including 40lbs throughout the 10-hour shift.

Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time, up to and including 10 hours.

Must have consistent and reliable transportation to work.

Must be able to read a tape measure.
