What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll help prepare and inspect fresh vegetables like onions, peppers, and beans for production. Each day you’ll rotate between different stations, including jar inspection, onion chopping, and conveyor line checks,  giving you variety and hands-on experience. You’ll be responsible for spotting and removing defects or foreign material to ensure top-quality products. Most importantly, you’ll work closely with your team to support daily production goals and keep our lines running smoothly. 

What It Takes to Succeed

• Able to stand for your shift
• Willing to work 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Comfortable in a wet production environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
