• Get on-the-job training as a cross-trained production associate for a company that creates products that improve the lives of special needs families worldwide
• Enjoy full-time and part-time positions with varied schedules between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Receive, unbox, & stock inventory between the warehouse and production floor
• Cut, bend, & drill aluminum to fabricate frames
• Assemble & disassemble parts for inspection to meet company standards
• Communicate inspection results for products that fail to meet company standards
• Package & ship completed products
• Operate the CNC machine to cut pattern pieces, select fabric, read work orders, and print tags
• Build frames in the warehouse using saws, hand tools, and equipment to cut and bend aluminum and drill holes

We seek Experienced or Entry-Level Production Associates to join our team. This position involves fabricating, cutting, inspecting, and shipping outgoing products, organizing warehouse materials, and coordinating work between production departments as scheduled. We will provide on-the-job training to entry-level candidates. If you're passionate about contributing to a cause and want to be part of a supportive and growing company, consider joining our team. 

Our Ideal Production Associate:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or shipping environment is preferred, but we welcome entry-level candidates. On-the-job training provided.
• Other Skills: Basic math skills and comfortable using tools like saws, drills, and presses.
• Attention to Detail: Focused on doing things right and ensuring products meet standards.
• Motivated: Someone who gets the job done with minimal supervision.
• Reliable: Show up on time, work hard, and be dependable.
• Team Player: Works well with others and helps when needed.
• Computer Skills: Experience with Google Workspace, NetSuite, and ERP systems is a plus.
• Active: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (80-100 lbs. with assistance), work in a production area with machinery and tools, stand or sit for extended periods, and bend, stretch, squat, and reach regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation, as the company is not on the bus route.

What we offer our Production Associate:

• $16-$20+/hour – Depending on Experience; upon successfully completing the new hire training and orientation period, employees may be eligible for a salary adjustment to reflect increased skills and responsibilities.
