Job Description - Production Associate for Print Embroidery and Signs

Instant Imprints is a fun, full-service promotional marketing and visual communications business. We help our customers to get noticed everywhere, every way, with over 1 million items available. Our services include: custom t-shirts, embroidery, signs and banners, promotional products, and print services.

We are a busy shop located in Bonita Springs looking to hire an energetic, friendly production support person. This position interacts directly with the public as well as runs production equipment.

Primary Duties

Answer the phone

Take orders both over the phone and in-store

Operate the printing, vinyl graphic, signage, embroidery, and screen printing equipment

Qualification

Prior experience working with wide-format printers, embroidery machines, or graphics equipment (preferred)

Good customer service and communication skills

Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
