Production Associate I

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly line work using various materials and adhesives
  


• Inspect, pack, and label finished products for shipment
  


• Trim, dip, and complete secondary finishing tasks as required
  


• Use gauges, jigs, and measuring tools to ensure product quality
  


• Set up and operate basic production equipment and machinery
  


• Move materials for storage or shipping as directed
  


• Assist with routine maintenance and support maintenance teams as needed
  


• Maintain accurate production and quality records
  


• Follow 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment
  


• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
  


• Work overtime as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment or molding/expansion processes is a plus
  


• Strong communication and organizational skills
  


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
