POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring full-time and part-time Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products, operate equipment, and perform inspections while upholding strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in one of our departments: Glue Room, Clean Room, or Carbon Plant.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma 

Experience: Prior manufacturing, assembly, or industrial experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates.

Other: • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.

• Comfortable working with adhesives, cleanroom attire, or industrial equipment (PPE)

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Assemble and inspect products to meet quality specs

2. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace

4. Record production data accurately

5. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and quality protocols

DEPARMENT HIGHLIGHT:

· Glue Room – Prepare and apply adhesives with precision while operating equipment safely and ensuring product quality.

· Clean Room – Assemble and inspect products in a controlled environment while following strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

· Carbon Plant – Operate and monitor industrial equipment, handle materials safely, and maintain quality and safety compliance.
