Position: Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process. You will also work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment, including machines, tools, and computers, to manufacture products according to specifications

- Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

- Keep accurate records of production and report any issues or concerns to the production supervisor

- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency

- Continuously improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control standards

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

- Ability to operate production equipment and machinery

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of production software

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
