Job Summary:
As a Production Associate, you'll play a crucial role in assembling our signature products. This isn’t just another assembly line job—it's an opportunity to work with your hands, take ownership of your work, and be part of a team that values creativity and excellence. What You’ll Do:

• Product Assembly: Bring our designs to life by assembling KanakScapes products with precision using various hand tools.      Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to create pieces that wow our customers.
• Quality Control: Be the guardian of quality—inspect each part and product to ensure they meet our rigorous standards.
• Tool Maintenance: Show your care for craftsmanship by maintaining and caring for the tools that help you create excellence.
• Efficiency:  Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Your safety is our priority—follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a production or assembly role where you honed your mechanical skills.
• Skills: A knack for using hand tools and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality in every piece you assemble.
• Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions with ease.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit—someone who works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle assembly challenges head-on.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
