We are seeking a Production Associate to support our Quality Assurance (QA) initiative. This is a temporary position designed to assist with increased inspection and quality activities. This role supports product inspection, documentation, and ensuring products meet company quality standards.
Perform visual inspection of components and finished products
Assist with basic measurements using gauges and hand tools
Record inspection results accurately
Help identify and separate non-conforming materials
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
