• Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, ensuring they receive the proper instruction, documentation, and mentorship during their first 60 days.
• Track and document all training activities, maintain up-to-date training records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted refresher training, cross-training, or upskilling sessions.
• Lead periodic refresher trainings and workshops to reinforce company policies, food safety requirements, and best practices.
• Support a culture of continuous learning by encouraging feedback, sharing process updates, and facilitating communication between departments.

• Calculate and log daily production totals, yield, downtime, scrap, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review, audit, and maintain production records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.

Reporting & Analysis
• Generate, distribute, and archive production reports, KPI summaries, and ingredient usage logs.
• Support operations leadership by preparing data-driven reports for shift handovers, daily meetings, and monthly reviews.
• Track and communicate trends in production performance and highlight potential variances for follow-up.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
• Participate in production meetings and contribute to discussions on workflow efficiency, process improvements, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Scheduling, HR) to ensure smooth operations, accurate data flow, and alignment of training needs.
• Actively support initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
