Production Clerk-2nd Shift

Work Location: ​Fairfield​

Position requires the ability to work overtime.  As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.

This position includes data entry and Manufacturing order completion of departmental production information; auditing and filing of production records; projects and investigation related to Packaging.

Ways you will make a difference

• Creates, modifies and completes production Mfg. orders using M3 an (enterprise resource planning) system.


• Assists departmental supervisors and other system users as to proper procedures in M3.


• Monitors daily, weekly and monthly reports.


• Reviews Mfg. orders for accuracy and completeness.


• Inputs production data provided by departmental supervisors in an accurate and timely fashion.


• Performs daily audits of all finished goods.


• Investigates discrepancies between perpetual and physical inventory.


• Reconciles physical inventories; researches and resolves negative inventory balances.


• Performs cycle counts.


• Performs data entry functions.


• Generates reports utilizing current software and computer systems.


• All other duties as requested by the Packaging Manager.

Skills that will make you successful

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.


• Experience with spreadsheets or database software such as Microsoft Excel required. 


• SAP/WMS system and MS Office experience required.

Experiences that will support your success

• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing warehouse setting required.


• Previous order entry/data entry experience required.

Compensation

$24.50 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.
