Role Overview

California Custom Fruits and Flavors is seeking a Production Compounder to join our team. Production Compounders play an integral role in what we do. 

Daily Tasks

• Scaling and weighing raw ingredients
• Cycle Counting and Cleaning
• Working with sugars and starches
• Weighing Product
• Read and follow job tickets
• Slice Fruit

 What You Need to Succeed

• PPE: Steel-toed slip resistant leather boots and lift belt required
• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours
• Bending/Flexing/Extending 
• Frequently grip, reach, lift, or pull with both hands
• Ability to lift 45lbs consistently
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Experience operating a scale.
• Ability to use a calculator and understand measurements.
