Production Construction Skills Trainer

Production skills trainer is a part-time position that is responsible for developing workforce skills, ensuring safety compliance, and improving employee performance in a manufactured construction environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train employees on equipment operation, construction methods, production processes, and company procedures, workplace safety standards.


• Ensure employees understand and follow safe work practices.


• Monitor compliance with regulatory and company requirements.


• Assess employee skill levels and identify training needs.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
