The Production Control Administrator is to provide essential administrative and organizational support to the
production control department within a structural steel manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support to provides general administrative support to the Production Control team.
• Data Entry and Management to enter and maintain production data, including daily production reports,

• Communication and Collaboration to Interact with various departments, including production, shipping,
and project management, to gather information, share updates, and ensure smooth communication

• Data Accuracy and Verification to ensure the accuracy of production data and reports, verifying
information from various sources and correcting any discrepancies.
• Inventory Control to assist with inventory tracking and management, ensuring that necessary materials
and supplies are available for production.
• Other Duties to perform other tasks as assigned, such as assisting with projects, coordinating with team
members, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production control department.
