Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Control Clerk to join our team in Pryor, OK. The Production Control Clerk will be responsible for creating, modifying, and closing work orders to maintain accurate system data and support production efficiency. This position is essential in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring all production needs are met on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and prioritize work order requests.
• Create and modify work orders as needed to meet production demands.
• Run simulations of orders to confirm inventory levels are maintained and review past orders for optimal run sizes and order quantities.
• Accurately input, compile, and adjust data to maintain the integrity of the work order system.
• Monitor parts inventory and produce shortage reports for components required to complete work orders.
• Track “shipper parts shortage” reports to ensure on-time delivery and production flow.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including file management, office systems, and terminology.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, email, and database software.
• Ability to read engineering prints/drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control software.
