Production Cook

ECI Management Group is looking to hire a production cook for our Concord Cafe in North Little Rock. 

To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how to operate Kitchen equipment. Under the supervision of unit manager/chef, coordinates production of hot foods, and cold food items ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards. 

Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Weekend hours may be required. 

Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent eating experience for our guests.

Qualifications:
•    Customer Service Skills 
•    Lead cook is to prepare food and cook from Scratch.
•    Able to follow recipes for our menu, making recommendations to Manager. 

Job Duties can include:
•    Dish Washing
•    Cleaning
•    Sanitation

Rate of pay $17.20 an hour + cash payout of Health and Wellness for $4.57

Must be a US Citizen / Authorized to work / and able to pass background check.
