Description
Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position is full-time and responsible for food preparation for various meal programs including meals for senior and childhood hunger programs.
The Production Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be pulled, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The employee is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud. This position is responsible for instructing and working with volunteers on a daily basis.
