Production Cook

This is more than just food prep—you’ll play an important role in making sure every plate meets our standards, and every guest walks away with a great experience.

What You'll Do:

• Follow our recipes, preparation guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality BBQ proteins and food


• Keep food properly stored, rotated, organized, and ready to go


• Monitor food levels and prepare products based on business volume and guest demand


• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety standards


• Accurately track time and temperatures, cooling procedures, and product rotation


• Help ensure the kitchen is always prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience


• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods


• Take on additional responsibilities as needed and jump in wherever you’re needed most

What You Bring:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and think on your feet


• Pay attention to detail while maintaining speed and accuracy


• Take initiative and can work independently 


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
