POSITION SUMMARY The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and installation projects from sale to completion. This position is responsible for reviewing and approving new sales, securing permits, coordinating schedules with customers, and managing essential project documentation. The coordinator also tracks schedule changes, handles commission adjustments, and ensures all required inspections and customer communications are completed. By maintaining clear communication and detailed organization, the Production Coordinator supports both internal teams and external clients, delivering a seamless and professional project experience.
