Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator will oversee and manage manufacturing shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

What you will do:

• Oversees manufacturing operations on assigned shift.
• Maintains work flow of jobs to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of production.
• Provides constructive and timely instruction to employees.

Other things we need:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 3+ years production experience

· 1+ year supervisory experience
