About the role - We are seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the scheduling and coordination of our custom closet installations. This role ensures the smooth flow of documentation, communication, and project execution from start to finish. The Production Coordinator is a critical link between our internal team, job site superintendents, and residential clients, guaranteeing that every installation is completed on time, accurately and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all closet installation jobs.
- Maintain and distribute documentation related to project scheduling, confirmations, and updates.
- Work closely with job site superintendents to ensure job sites are ready for installation.
- Communicate directly with residential clients to confirm timelines and expectations.
- Track and monitor every step of the production process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or project obstacles.
- Support installers and the operations team with accurate job details and updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, project coordination, or construction/installation management (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, project management tools, or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with residential construction or home improvement industries is a plus.
