Production Coordinator

TITLE: Production Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

Summary:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting with setting up and operating all Audio, Video, lighting, and other Live Production equipment and processes in all Storyline venues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate at least one Worship Center position for Weekend Services or Storyline Student gatherings.


• Operate AVL for various events such as funerals, weddings, etc.


• Assist the Full-Time Production Staff with AVL needs around the campus.


• Set up and run various classrooms and or children’s rooms as needed.


• Able to run and execute Sunday Services in the absence of the Production Manager.

Relationship with Storyline Team:

• I receive input from: Production Manager, Director of Operations


• I work with: Operations Team and Production Volunteers
  


• I lead: Production Volunteers

Qualifications:

• Member of Storyline Church


• The daily pursuit of Christian maturity


• Responsible and dependable


• Strong people and communication skills


• Technical aptitude and initiative to self-learn


• Confidence and initiative to anticipate needs within this ministry lane and execute accordingly


• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and comply with policies


• Ability to complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision


• Attention to detail


• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments


• Ability to demonstrate professionalism


• Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
