Production Coordinator

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of client projects to ensure successful delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and design to process orders, develop proofs for clients’ approval, complete designs, handle invoicing, and follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and a long-term partnership. Throughout the process, you’ll serve as an expert on production-related matters, providing guidance to clients and internal teams.

This is a full-time, regular position.  The selected candidate will work on-site at Kessler’s office in Jacksonville, FL (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm ET).

Must Haves

• Experience successfully coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and clients
  


• Project management skills including setting clear timelines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project status, following up on questions and open items, and escalating concerns
  


• Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships
  


• Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  


• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a high volume of work
  


• Able to independently prioritize tasks and adapt to meet business needs
  


• Excellent, clear, professional communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of various audiences
  


• High school diploma
