We are hiring a Production Coordinator Assistant to support the daily workflow of our Custom and Cut for You (CFY) jewelry orders. This role provides hands-on experience in production operations and order fulfillment, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration across design, operations, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Input and update order details in tracking documents
- Review and cross-check customer specs with internal records
- Organize digital files and keep trackers up to date
- Take meeting notes and help prepare internal status summaries
- Assist with data entry and other admin tasks to support the production team
Qualifications
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Reliable and consistent with task follow-through
- Interest in production, operations, or jewelry is a plus
$15 - $20 an hour
