Production Crew Lead

Morris & Associates is growing and we’re looking for crew leaders who have a heavy welding background in a manufacturing plant environment. You would start on 1st shift to learn our methods and products, then move eventually to 2nd shift with a pay differential. Knowing your trade is vital but you have to know how to lead a crew in a professional manner. Be willing to work with the different temperaments to get the absolute best from your people. Be able to meet deadlines and think out of the box when necessary. You should have a proven track record as a leader in a manufacturing environment.
