Production Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys preparing and refining design files, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting the production of high-quality creative materials.

The Production Designer will work closely with the creative team to prepare, edit, and finalize design assets for print and digital use. The ideal candidate has strong technical design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format design files for print and digital production.
• Ensure artwork meets production specifications and quality standards.
• Make revisions and updates to existing design materials.
• Maintain consistency across branding and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers and project teams to support creative projects.
• Organize and manage design assets and project files.
• Review proofs and assist with quality control processes.
• Assist in the creation of brochures, presentations, advertisements, signage, and other marketing materials.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or production design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and file preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing files for commercial printing.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing materials.
• Knowledge of digital asset management practices.
