Job Overview:

As the Production Director at Brave Church and Valley Christian School, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production and media aspects for all events for Brave Church and Valley and Christian Schools. This dynamic position requires a committed individual with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the overall experience of our church and school community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate sound, lighting, and video elements for church and schools 
• Collaborate with the Production Co-Director to execute the overall ministry vision and direction
• Train and oversee student operators for school events, with a focus on Chapel productions
• Maintain equipment, including installation, minor repairs, and ordering of necessary supplies
• Serve as the main tech operator for all events, scheduling volunteers as needed
• Set up AV equipment for events within the church and school ministries
• Utilize advanced audio and visual equipment, including Behringer Wing audio console, Behringer X32 ONYX lighting systems, ProPresenter7 presentation software, and ROE video wall
• Interact with Pastors, administrators, teachers, and students to assess and assimilate media requirements for events
• Monitor the master calendar for school events, coordinating media needs approval
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends as required, and be on call for all events
