Production - entry level!

Description

Full time: ROTATING 8 hour schedule (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a - ALL required)

• OVERTIME is REQUIRED - One 12 hour shift every 3 weeks; must be worked on Saturday or Sunday.)

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS for full time positions!

Starting pay: $17/hr

Shift differential: additional $.75/hour for all hours worked between 3p-7a

In this role you will learn:

• Press Operation - counting and visually inspecting parts

• Packing - building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build pallets

• Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meets all specifications

• Fork Truck Operation (required - will train)

• Documentation under ISO/IATF guidelines

• Operate equipment to produce a variety of foam parts

• Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

Requirements

**Steel toes/safety shoes required on day 1.**

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, the ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material. Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear. Must be able to climb and work from a ladder. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Required safety equipment consists of the following PPE: safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, ear plugs and safety shoes. Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise. Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations. Must be able to work flexible hours based on customer/department needs.

Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment.
