We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nAutoStore System Maintenance \u0026 Support\n\n * Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairs on AutoStore robots, grid infrastructure, ports, and conveyors.\n * Respond to operational alerts and maintain system uptime by resolving issues proactively.\n * Replace components such as motors, sensors, wheels, and batteries.\n * Support inventory cycle counts and coordinate robot traffic during operational activities.\n * Escalate complex issues to AutoStore vendor support or integrator partners, as needed.\n\n\n\nMaterial Handling Equipment \u0026 Hardware Support\n\n * Perform routine and preventive maintenance on forklifts and powered industrial trucks.\n * Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.\n * Repair, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, mobile workstations, and other warehouse hardware.\n * Maintain service documentation and equipment health logs.\n\n\n\n## What you\u0027ll do (continued)\n\nFacilities Support\n\n * Perform general maintenance tasks, including repair of racking, signage, safety barriers, and lighting.\n * Submit SIPPs and coordinate construction or facility updates with site partners.\n * Maintain safe, clean, and organized maintenance work areas.\n\n\n\nPreventative Maintenance \u0026 Continuous Improvement\n\n * Maintain and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.\n * Document all repairs, inspections, and service logs.\n * Identify trends in equipment failures and recommend improvements to increase reliability.\n\n\n\nSafety \u0026 Compliance\n\n * Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.\n * Conduct equipment safety inspections and follow strict Lockout/Tagout procedures.\n * Assist with audit activities and incident investigations.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 1\u20132 years of related experience.\n * Proficiency with hand and power tools, mechanical repair, and basic electrical troubleshooting.\n * Strong computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, and Teams.\n * Certification on Material Handling Equipment (or the ability to obtain certification).\n * Comfortable working at heights above 20 feet.\n * 2\u20134 years of experience maintaining warehouse equipment or automated systems, with preference for experience in AutoStore, ASRS, robotics, and conveyors.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\nTechnical Skills\n\n * Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.\n * Battery system maintenance (lead-acid or lithium).\n * Basic PLC or automation troubleshooting.\n * Ability to use CMMS or maintenance logging systems.\n\n\n\nSoft Skills\n\n * Strong problem-solving and root\u2011cause analysis abilities.\n * Effective communication with cross-functional teams.\n * Strong Time-management and organizational skills.\n * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\n\n\nBonus Skills\n\n * Forklift technician certification.\n * OSHA training or electrical maintenance certification.\n * Robotics or automation systems courses.\n * PLC troubleshooting certifications.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
