Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Production Feeders. This critical role involves supplying raw corrugated sheets to machines and assisting machine operators to ensure smooth production and high-quality output. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining efficiency and quality while upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load raw corrugated sheets into machines according to production specifications.
• Production Support: Work closely with machine operators to maintain a steady flow of materials, preventing delays and optimizing efficiency.
• Machine Monitoring: Observe machine performance and adjust feeding rates as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.
• Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for maintaining production schedules.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements for accurate production calculations.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions.
