Production Finishing Lead

Being computer literate is a must. The following programs are the most frequently used.:

■ Communication between departments

Merchtable admin

■ Accurate counts on all stock

■ Keep production floor accountable

Observe stock and order supplies as necessary for all things finishing. (Heat-sealed bags, sizing stickers, etc)

Basic Folding machine maintenance/troubleshooting (training/manual provided)

Leadership and communication skills

Coordinate between production and fulfillment team

Will be the direct supervisor and trainer of all Folding + Finishing hires

Keep the team on task to meet daily goals

Candidate Must Also Possess

Attention to detail

Desire to work hard

Positive attitude

Ability to follow instructions and take initiative to lead

Self-starter who needs little supervision to maintain momentum

Warehouse experience preferred

Requirements

Ability to work assigned shift- attendance is required

Basic Math reasoning skills

Lifting Ability; up to 25-50 pounds continuously; Push/Pull Ability; up to 150 pounds assisted

Capability to work in a fast-paced work environment that may have fluctuating temperatures and loud noise levels while working with machinery and chemicals in a safe and conscientious manner

Must be able to adhere to safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
